This week Team Ascent will be in
project mode.
What does this mean?
During periods 1,2,3 and 8,9 all students will be working on a project instead of their core classes. The project will implement all areas of discipline within the expectations. There will NOT be homework in most classes this week.
What classes may the students have work in?
Math and Health- students will have math class daily as well as their specials.
What is the project?
Students are researching a variety of chosen topics related to water. Once they have established a topic, students will form water committees and research that topic. They will develop a presentation via digital and standard presentation methods. They will be presenting on December 2nd in the High School Gym. During this time, students will also be raising money for the non-profit organization Water for South Sudan.
